Care

Wash by hand in warm soapy water; no dishwasher, no soaking. Wipe dry straight away and let it dry standing on its edge. About once a month, a wood-care oil for kitchen boards or food-grade paraffin oil keeps the wood nourished. Oak fibres may rise slightly after the first few washes: they smooth out with use.
