Care

None of these pieces goes in the dishwasher and none of them likes soaking. A damp sponge, then a dry tea towel straight away, and nothing will happen to them for years. Once or twice a year, apply a wood-care oil for kitchen woodware. Never use a cooking oil, which turns rancid.
